1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 007bet platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 007bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the 007bet Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 007bet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the 007bet Platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 007bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your username or password with any other person.
• Notify 007bet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

007bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in advance.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

007bet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your 007bet wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the sending institution. 007bet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed.
• 007bet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• In cases where 007bet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

007bet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified.
• 007bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or colluding with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.

007bet reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's betting pattern constitutes bonus abuse. Decisions made in this regard are final.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the 007bet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are accessible within each game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

The following general betting rules apply across all products on the Platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 007bet does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a technical error has demonstrably occurred.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or live event, 007bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Palpable errors — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, prices, or game outcomes — may be corrected by 007bet at any time. Bets placed on palpably erroneous terms may be voided.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players, match-fixing, or any form of cheating will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

All live dealer games on 007bet use certified random number generation and are subject to independent auditing. Game results are final once the round is closed by the dealer or system.

7 Responsible Gaming

007bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings.

If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools immediately. 8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 007bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false identity information.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 007bet immediately.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 007bet staff through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform if you are a self-excluded player or have been permanently banned.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 007bet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of 007bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 007bet.
• Use any 007bet trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 007bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings due to technical failure.

Without limiting the foregoing, 007bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 007bet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

007bet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform, or any part thereof, at any time without notice for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

007bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account — after deducting any amounts subject to investigation, bonus forfeiture, or outstanding obligations — will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending verification requirements.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 007bet Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting 007bet support. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the issue.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), or such other arbitration body as the parties may agree in writing. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in Metro Manila, Philippines.

13 Amendments to These Terms

007bet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
